Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (or more)
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- hash browns
- (optional) ham
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Generously butter a 9x13 pan.
Layer hash browns in pan about 2/3s of the way up.
Beat eggs, milk, cream in a bowl. Pour over hash browns.
Sprinkle seasoned salt over hash browns.
Layer cheese over hashbrowns. Should be a generous layer.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
