Hardtack cookies

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter, softened
  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 165 g flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk and mix until smooth. Add flour and mix into a dough. Refrigerate for half an hour before rolling out and cutting into interesting shapes.

For chocolate cookie dough, add 10 g cocoa powder and subtract 10 g flour.
