Hashbrown casserole
Ingredients
8 eggs 1 cup milk 1/4 cup cream 1 cup cheddar cheese (or more) 1 tsp seasoned salt hash browns
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Generously butter a 9x13 pan.
Layer hash browns in pan about 2/3s of the way up.
Beat eggs, milk, cream in a bowl. Pour over hash browns.
Sprinkle seasoned salt over hash browns.
Layer cheese over hashbrowns. Should be a generous layer.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
