Let butter and cream cheese come up to room temperature. Cream together with a hand or stand mixer. Add vanilla. SLOWLY add powdered sugar in small quantities, letting it combine, until the desired consistency and sweetness. It will develop flavor over the next day.&lt;br /&gt;
